Our guest speaker, Leon Kuperman, will share insights from across his career, including lessons learned, the impact of AI on software development, effective team composition, and emerging technology trends.

Leon is the Co-Founder and CTO of CAST AI. Previously, he served as Vice President of Security Products at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and brings over 20 years of experience across organizations including IBM, Truition, and HostedPCI.

Leon is also the founder and former CTO of Zenedge, which was acquired by Oracle, and a co-founder of CUJO AI, a cybersecurity solution designed for consumer router environments.

The event will be formatted as a fireside chat, followed by an open Q&A where attendees can ask Leon for advice, particularly software developers and engineers aspiring to take on CTO roles.
