CIO/CTO Council

Tampa Bay’s oldest and largest technology executive roundtable group.

The CIO-CTO council provides a forum for open, confidential discussion, idea exchange, the sharing of best practices, and prominent speakers delivering content on topics curated by the members of the group. 

The Council is a place where in-depth conversations can take place and valuable relationships built through targeted, professional development sessions, as well as casual, social events throughout the year. Your company must be a member of Tampa Bay Tech, and participation in the Council is by invite only*.

 Criteria for attendance:

  • You are the CIO, CTO, or CISO of your company’s information technology operations
  • Your company is a member or partner of Tampa Bay Tech

Our Tech CEO Council comprises the area’s premier businesses, executives, and entrepreneurs of Tampa Bay’s technology community.

Together our members collaborate, share ideas, and discover innovative ways to partner. 

During quarterly roundtable meetings, Council members discuss the challenges of tech in Tampa Bay. Peers have an opportunity to share mutual problems and uncover solutions. With an emphasis on the growing technology landscape in Tampa Bay, the group advocates for high tech businesses and promotes Tampa as a thriving tech hub.

Emerging Leaders Council

The First of Its Kind

The Emerging Tech Leaders Council is the place for our area’s emerging technologists to radically connect through professional development, mentorship opportunities and networking.

Through annual events, this Council aims to build a network for our area’s emerging tech talent to find mentorship and opportunities, establishing Tampa Bay as a leading hub for young technology leaders.

Criteria for attendance:

  • You work in a technology organization in the Greater Tampa Bay area
  • Are under 40 years of age
  • Are interested in professional development and mentorship

InnovatHERS & Allies Council

The newest council addition to Tampa Bay Tech!

Our mission at the Tampa Bay Tech InnovatHERS & Allies Council is to create a welcoming and empowering community for women in technology and their allies. We aim to facilitate connections and learning opportunities with industry experts, fostering group discussions and radical connections among like-minded peers in tech.

By supporting career growth, enhancing skill sets, and promoting diversity in the workplace, we strive to empower our members. Through unique connections and networking opportunities, we enable them to expand their professional horizons. Participating in our InnovatHERS & Allies Council leads to impactful connections that instill confidence, while also offering mentorship and cross-pollination with other Tampa Bay Tech Council groups, further enriching their journeys in the technology field.
