As the Director of Campaigns and Marketing Strategy for the Americas at TeamViewer, you will play a critical role in understanding customer pain points and developing content that resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for aligning with global teams while executing marketing strategies locally to ensure that our materials hit the mark in the US market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can tell a cohesive story across all our products, making them appealing and valuable to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Insight & Content Development: Understand customer challenges and pain points deeply to create compelling content for Analyst Relations (AR), Public Relations (PR), and other marketing channels.
• Global Alignment & Local Execution: Collaborate with global teams to align marketing strategies while adapting and executing them effectively for the US market.
• Integrated Storytelling: Develop a cohesive narrative that elegantly merges all TeamViewer products, encouraging customers to engage and join us on our journey.
• Persona Development & Segmentation: Build out detailed customer personas, segment the market effectively, and develop targeted strategies to reach and engage these segments.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategy and drive measurable results.
• Marketing Material Development: Lead the creation of essential marketing materials such as pitch decks, white papers, case studies, and battle cards that support our sales teams and partners.
• Partner Integration: Develop and implement materials that seamlessly integrate TeamViewer’s offerings with those of our partners, ensuring a unified and compelling message.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 campaign and content developers/managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and results-driven performance.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in product marketing or a related role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industries.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric marketing, persona development, segmentation, and targeting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and execute strategies at a local level.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to craft a cohesive narrative across multiple products.
• Experience in campaign management and the ability to drive campaigns that produce measurable outcomes.
• Experience in creating various marketing materials such as pitch decks, white papers, and case studies.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
