Our mission at the Tampa Bay Tech InnovatHERS & Allies Council is to create a welcoming and empowering community for women in technology and their allies. We aim to facilitate connections and learning opportunities with industry experts, fostering group discussions and radical connections among like-minded peers in tech.

By supporting career growth, enhancing skill sets, and promoting diversity in the workplace, we strive to empower our members. Through unique connections and networking opportunities, we enable them to expand their professional horizons. Participating in our InnovatHERS & Allies Council leads to impactful connections that instill confidence, while also offering mentorship and cross-pollination with other Tampa Bay Tech Council groups, further enriching their journeys in the technology field.

About Kim Anstett: Kim Anstett Chief Information Officer Kim leads the Enterprise Technology and Operations organization at Trellix. Under her leadership, Kim’s teams develop and execute a technology and cybersecurity strategy that drives efficiency, flexibility, and transformation across the business to advance Trellix’s vision. With more than 25 years industry experience, Kim brings her extensive background guiding teams to drive innovation. Prior to Trellix, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Iron Mountain leading teams across product development and innovation, and CIO at Nielsen, focused on customer value and increased cybersecurity outcomes. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Kynetec.
