HOCHHEIM, Germany; Feb. 16, 2023 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed its acquisition of SKS Group, a consulting firm that helps banks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland modernize their technology infrastructure and address regulatory requirements using SAP S/4HANA® solutions. Financial terms of the transaction, previously announced on January 10, were not disclosed.
