GLARING GAP SUMMIT 2025

Embarc Collective is thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 Glaring Gap Summit, taking place August 20–21 in Tampa, FL.

Now in its sixth year, the Glaring Gap Summit is Florida’s premier investor training experience for women. We are looking for 50 Florida-based women to participate in this free, two-day program aimed at reshaping the face of startup investing across our state.

We are seeking young professionals, entrepreneurs, community builders, and college women seeking career pathways into venture capital, private equity, and finance to join us, and we would love for you to share the opportunity with the Tampa Bay Tech community.

The program is 2-part intensive investor training with the objective to increase the number of women investing throughout the state of Florida. It’s valued at $4,500 and free to attend! We’ve trained 250 women from 34 cities across the state since 2020 and are excited to bring 50 more into the fold this year.

Through expert-led sessions and hands-on curriculum, participants will learn how to evaluate, support, and invest in early-stage companies. This year’s training will once again be led by Angela Lee, Founder of 37 Angels and Professor of Venture Capital at Columbia Business School.
