With over 14 years of experience at the firm, Karl brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his new role, further enhancing RGCO’s ability to deliver exceptional client service.

About Karl Swan
Karl Swan joined RGCO in 2011 and most recently served as Senior Tax Manager. As a CPA since 2018, Karl specializes in tax preparation, planning, and consultation for individuals and closely-held businesses, including M&A transactions. His expertise spans a range of industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, and professional services.
In his spare time, Karl enjoys golfing, staying active, and cheering on his favorite sports teams-especially Liverpool. He also loves exploring Tampa Bay’s local breweries and spending quality time with his wife, their three children, and their black lab. Karl’s strong ties to his family and the local community are a reflection of the thoughtful approach he brings to his work.
Karl earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tampa, where he spent four years with the soccer team, captaining the team during his senior year. He is a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). He is still active with UTampa’s men’s soccer program.
