Jay Powers


I served in the Army for 26 years and retired in 2022 as a Special Forces colonel. During that time I deployed operationally ten times including 9 trips to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria. I had lots of practice building teams, leading in crisis, and developing others. Since retiring from the Army I have spent time teaching leadership to business managers and consulting for startup CEOs.
