Become an Accountant within our International finance team and support TeamViewer's domestic and foreign subsidiaries on their way to the future.
Responsibilities:
- Perform sales order cancelation or changes with impact on customer account, based on other unit’s request
- Monitor and follow up customer tax issues related to invoicing
- Process and manage invoices for the company
- Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy of data
- Resolve billing errors
- Communicate with Customer Support/Sales/Collections teams to resolve different inquiries
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed
- Perform any necessary administrative duties, such as auditing customer records
- Prepare account statements for customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries
- Familiar with accounting software, such as D365 is a plus
- Knowledge of data entry for record keeping
- General administrative skills, including managing emails and accounting books
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Interest and experienced in project work and high intrinsic motivation to identify and implement possible improvements
- English language knowledge
- Deep knowledge of MS-Office and accounting systems
- You want to work in an international team
- You have the drive and interest to help shape a very successful finance team
