Elevating the Employee Experience through Digital Adoption: A Roundtable Discussion Hosted by the Tampa Bay Tech CIO/CTO Peer Council

The Tampa Bay Tech CIO/CTO Peer Council is proud to announce the presentation and roundtable discussion on the state of hybrid work and the ever-present “war for talent” featuring CDW’s Lisa Cuthbertson, Director of Digital Infrastructure. During this discussion, we’ll explore the complex combination of hybrid work and economic uncertainty. In this session, develop an understanding of the top advantages and challenges facing leaders today regarding our most critical asset — our employees. Learn how modern collaboration, communication, and automation tools are transforming the digital experience and revolutionizing the way we work.

Lisa is a Director in CDW’s Digital Experience practice, helping to lead the national Microsoft, Google, Collaboration, Workspace, Print Solutions, and Cloud IP teams – driving demand, mindshare, and profitability for the solutions she supports. This role is the culmination of a 26-year journey and numerous acquisitions and capitalizes on her deep experience earned at Champion Solutions Group and Sirius Computer Solution, before Sirius’ 2022 acquisition by CDW. In these roles, she focused on building and growing the sales, operations, and alliance aspects of the Cloud and Services Divisions. She is eager to give back to the CDW community, the business community, and her local community and sits on various technology and women’s councils. She also serves as the immediate past president of Temple Shaarei Shalom in Boynton Beach, FL.  When Lisa is not giving her all to CDW and her local community, she can be found taking on new hobbies, such as crocheting a blanket for her two dogs, horseback riding with her husband, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.
