TOKYO; July 1, 2022 – Accenture (NSE: ACN) has completed its acquisition of digital engineering and operational technology capabilities from Trancom ITS, a Japanese logistics technology services provider. Terms of the transaction, which Accenture announced on March 28, 2022, were not disclosed.
