Summer 2022 Internship: Cybersecurity (Onsite)
Palm Bay, Florida, United States of America
***Great opportunity for current college students with an educational background in cybersecurity. If you are not a current college or graduate student with a focus on cybersecurity, please visit our other opportunities at rtx.com/careers and apply!***
Seeking undergraduate and graduate college students for Vulnerability Researcher (VR), Low-Level Software Developer, and Reverse Engineer (RE) internships for the Summer of 2022. We’re looking for people who want to break things and have fun doing it. We’re looking for developers, hackers, researchers, and engineers with an interest in information security and low-level development. We refuse any work that isn’t hard and engaging. Our research and development projects cover the spectrum of security technologies for Computer Network Operations. If it runs code, somebody in our office has looked at it. That’s why we are called Cyber Offense/Defense Experts (CODEX). Projects are undertaken on small teams in close coordination with customers to quickly deliver or enhance capabilities.
Cyber Security research continues to be a growth industry and we are constantly looking to find the right candidates who can do this challenging work. If you’re comfortable living in the kernel, developing drivers, or stepping through code without the source, we’d love to hear from you! If you’ve discovered a kernel paged pool exploit, modified JIT engines to add your own instrumentation to mitigate entire vulnerability classes, created a heap-based buffer overflow with ASLR/DEP defeats, used solvers to highlight interesting call/dataflow graphs, or created custom hardware emulators… you’ll be right at home in CODEX.
