Making a Splash in Week One 
The 2025 Tech|X cohort is already off to an incredible start!
From the very first day, these founders hit the ground running—diving into workshops, meeting their mentors, and getting plugged into Tampa Bay Wave’s powerful network of innovators, investors, and experts. The energy has been electric, and it’s clear this group is ready to make big things happen.
To officially kick things off, we hosted a Welcome Reception last night at our WeWork offices in downtown Tampa, and it couldn’t have been a better introduction. The space was buzzing with energy as cohort members connected with fellow entrepreneurs, Wave alumni, partners, and supporters from across the Tampa Bay ecosystem. It was an inspiring evening that truly showcased the spirit of collaboration and community that defines Wave.
We’re just getting started—and we can’t wait to see what this cohort accomplishes in the coming weeks of the program!
