DGR Systems joins a growing network of Tampa Bay employers—including Accenture, Geographic Solutions, and 360 Advanced—who recognize that traditional hiring methods alone cannot meet our region’s unprecedented demand for skilled tech professionals.
This momentum comes on the heels of TBTAN being awarded a $100,000 Pathways to Career Opportunities Grant from the Florida Department of Education—one of only 34 organizations selected statewide. This funding will enable us to launch state-registered apprenticeship programs in Cybersecurity, Technology, and AI in 2026.
