This is a key work from home position on a small team that will handle the most important customer network issues, keeping systems running smoothly and performing ongoing network administration across multiple environments. We are seeking a high-energy professional that enjoys interacting with people yet possesses great IT skills. Someone with years of level 2 help desk looking to advance their career will be considered with appropriate experience and a proven track record of success.


  • Must live within 30 minutes of the office in New Tampa (Bruce B. Downs and Bearass Ave area) or be willing to move to this area. Generally this includes, Carrollwood, City of Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Lutz, and Temple Terrace. 
  • Experience with Windows desktop support
  • Office 365 support

  • Enter information in CRM while talking on the phone

  • Respond to customers desktop support needs
  • Troubleshoot email and profile related issues
  • Answer questions on using Office 365
  • Enter detailed information on support issues
  • Follow up with ongoing support cases in a proactive manner

  • Learn new technology to expand your horizons and value to the company
  • Help in any area as requested by management


  • AA or BS in Computer Science or Related Field and
  • 5+ years of professional help desk experience
  • A+ Certification
  • Industry certifications and memberships a plus
  • Flexibility to get the job done and help out in other areas as needed

Skills/ Requirements:

  • Windows 8 and Windows 10 support
  • Primarily support PCs, MAC is a plus
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Maintain security best practices internally and externally
  • Install Microsoft 365
  • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
  • Conduct daily network backup operations
  • Ability to talk on the phone with customers to handle a variety of system and computer issues
  • Write effective and professional emails
  • Type 40 WPM (test will be given to confirm)
  • Proficiency in English. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
