Tips For How Small Firms Can Compete In The War For Talent With Corporations

If you are a small firm and you think recruiting the critical talent you need to grow is going to come your way by only placing an ad on the job boards, that is a mistake. Smaller firms that lack the brand recognition need to do more in order to compete for that niche talent!
Job Board Ads are a great tool for a corporation with a long standing Brand Name. Nothing will change that, candidates will always gravitate to a brand name company where they see a job posting over a newer business that is not widely recognized.
BUT that doesn’t mean smaller companies can’t compete for for the top talent out in the market place (Leadership, Sales, Technology & Software) vs. The Giants. They absolutely can, they just need to change how they fight the WAR!
