Beyond Prioritization: How to Make an Impact for your Customers
This agile thing started 20 years ago. Product Managers need help NOW. You don’t like being the single choke-able throat, but you accepted it. Now you’re trying to figure out what minimum means because the competition sprung from nowhere and they’re KILLING it!
So you turned to Agile. But you’re not sure what is REALLY most valuable, and everyone is STILL screaming! WTF do you do?
Join us for this highly interactive session as we Go Beyond Prioritization and search for the highest impact. You’ll walk away with a map to your future success.
Colleen Esposito helps companies, and the people in them, uncover better ways of working. She meets people where they are and invites them to consider new perspectives while moving towards agility.
Colleen is a deep thinker, intellectually curious in a way that brings out the best ideas and courageous enough to talk about unhealthy patterns.
Watching people embrace their own humanity and #BePartoftheGood keeps her moving forward to create more of it in the world.
