Give back:
We are so pleased to have formalized our partnership with Think Big for Kids in 2020, here’s how our members can become more involved in helping underprivileged kids and shaping our workforce in years ahead.
As a reminder, here are several ways you can get involved and learn more about Think Big for Kids:
- Become a mentor – – the Think Big mentorship program is key to the success of kids staying on track towards their career path. Think Big has a goal to reach 2,000 kids by 2022 to prepare them for the workforce and job readiness. The requirement is to spend at least a one hour visit per month with your mentee, at the Boys & Girls Club, for a commitment of one year.
- Become a donor – – Think Big is offering a matching program, up to $50,000, to all Tampa Bay Tech members who make a donation to the organization. Monies donated will be used towards expanding career exploration programs, reaching more kids and supporting scholarships. You can easily make your contribution online directly through the Think Big website donation platform.
- Become a volunteer and/or partner organization – – Think Big is seeking professionals and companies to participate in skill building workshops, career showcases and serve on various programming committees. You can make a difference.
